He's definitely made to be in the running, too--after eating a Devil's Fruit (a legendary fruit that gives its eater special powers) as a kid, his body turned into rubber, allowing him to stretch his limbs to ridiculous lengths and bounce back bullets and other death-inducing weapons. Now, as this super-powerful rubber man, Rufi sails around the ocean to find crew members, have adventures, and beat up bad guys.
